Join Our Volunteer Team!

The Tombstone Small Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter entirely run by dedicated volunteers. We rely on passionate animal lovers like you to help us care for abandoned and surrendered cats and dogs in the Tombstone and Cochise County area. Our mission is to provide the best possible care, find forever homes, and promote spaying/neutering to ensure all local pets are healthy and safe.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old (or with a sign with a parental consent form.)

• Physically able to work with animals (including lifting, cleaning, and handling dogs/cats).

• Committed to our no-kill philosophy and animal welfare standards.
